Preparing for your visit

As you prepare to bring your pet to the hospital, the following are some good guidelines to follow:

-As a general rule, please do not feed your pet for 12 hours prior to the appointment - unless he or she has diabetes.

-Do not restrict water, as we do not want your pet to become dehydrated.

-When scheduling an appointment, please tell the receptionist about any medications that your pet is taking - some medications may need to be discontinued or may interact with others that will be used.

-If for any reason you are unable to make it in for your scheduled appointment, please call 631-584-6336 to cancel or reschedule as soon as possible.

-Gather up any previous lab test results, blood work, vaccination and medication records. These items are very important for us to be able to do the best job for you and your pet.

-Payment in full is expected at the time of service
